Tom and Victoria Schneider’s home in West Eugene will again be available for rent Sept 1. Ample timed irrigated gardening space, perrinials, berry vines, fruit trees, potting-shed/greenhouse and rain catchment for the serious urban farmer. Looking for someone who is knowledgable enough to use the beds, gardens, water systems. Good for a large family or as a community assett. The house itself has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, great separation of spaces. Outside covered deck close to mature herb garden can be the center of family life. Naturally shaded native butterfly plantings in front of house near street. 3.1 miles to U of O. 2 bus lines within 3 blocks and Fern Ridge bike path 90 seconds away. Business and health issues keep us in Portland for the foreseeable future. If you know someone this would be a good fit for, please contact us. Possibilities abound. Current tenants there until Aug 25 but can arrange viewing for the right folks. E-mail or call Tom at 729-1263
